In 1949, Gerhard Rösch, a textile engineer, opened a factory in the quaint and historic city of Tubingen, Germany. After many years in the textile industry, manufacturing special textiles for the high end car industry, mens shirts and polo shirts as well as textiles for Rösch, this well established German based company then launched their first collection of Rösch Swimwear and Beachwear in 1970. In 1976 Rösch was licensed by Louis Féraud to produce and market women's Nightwear and Beachwear collections. Headquarters remain in Tubingen where the product is overseen by the proud third generation family concern along with their keen and discerning staff of over 600 employees.They currently have more than 3000 customers in over 20 countries worldwide. The Féraud segments are specifically divided into Nightwear, Loungewear, Weekend, Lingerie de Luxe, Spa and Beach/Swimwear.
